Welcome to the 21st Nordic Filtration Symposium
8. - 10. june 2026 Trondheim, Norway
The Nordic Filtration symposium is a biannual tradition of filtration experts. It is organized by The Nordic Filtration Society together with NTNU, NMBU, and SINTEF.
The focus of the symposium is separation processes for resource recycling but other topics regarding filtration and separation are welcome. There will be oral sessions and poster exhibitions.

- New abstract submission deadline: 7th of April
- Notice of acceptance: 17th of April
- Early bird registration: 8th of May
- Registration deadline: 25th of May

- Wastewater treatment
- Vacuum and pressure filtration
- Filter media
- Membrane filtration
- Scrubbers
There will be a dedicated session about Membranes in Biorefineries. Suggestions for other dedicated topics are welcome.
